ExGraft is a fully synthetic ePTFE (expandable) vascular graft.

The device combines the performance of ePTFE with the addition of a new radio-opaque design.
This first-class combination improves visibility of graft placement and orientation during surgery and follow-up.

The first ePTFE vascular graft characterized by:

  • Radiopaque markers on the outer surface for better visualization by X-ray, CT, post-implant fluoroscopy;
  • Controlled and minimally invasive expandability using standard techniques (angioplasty balloon).

Expandability offers:

  • Growth potential for pediatrics without the need for repeated surgery to replace grafts;
  • Increase of the original diameter of the inner lumen of the conduit following balloon angioplasty, to delay or reduce the incidence of restenosis.

Radiopaque markers improve the display of:

  • Positioning and orientation of the graft;
    Twisting and bending;
    Original inner diameter marked with a number;
    Current diameter calculated using radiopaque circular signs.
